How to submit a maintenance request
Reporting an issue is simple — and because the building is locally managed, requests go straight to people who can act on them.
Call the property management office with your suite number and a clear description of the issue.
For shared-area concerns — restrooms, hallways, elevator, parking lot, or exterior — report them the same way so we can dispatch the right vendor.
Note anything time-sensitive (a leak, an electrical fault, an accessibility blocker) so we can prioritize it.
We'll confirm receipt and coordinate access to your suite if interior work is needed.
After-hours & emergencies
For a life-safety emergency — fire, medical, or crime in progress — always call 911 first. For an urgent building issue outside office hours, such as a major water leak or power loss, call the property management line and leave a clear message with your suite number and a callback number.

Free on-site surface parking for tenants and visitors — no permit or fee.
Please leave the spaces nearest entrances open for clients and patients.
Park within marked stalls and keep fire lanes and the accessible stalls clear.
Overnight or commercial-vehicle parking should be cleared with management.

Shared men's and women's restrooms are located on every floor.
A passenger elevator serves all three floors for tenants and visitors.
